Abstract

ABSTRACT
Benda Baru village has various potential natural resources including various types of spices, tubers (cassava, kimpul, corn, yam, yellow pumpkin), and fruits (banana, pineapple, papaya). From various natural products, it is known that the utilization of tubers such as yellow pumpkin is lower than others. The purpose of this community service program is to train the community to make food especially noodle from yellow pumpkin which is known as source of carbohydrate with good vitamins. The results of the pre-test and post-test evaluation showed that most students gained new understanding and knowledge about making wet noodles,.
